We use Stripe for all online transactions processed through our platforms, including BookNow Engine and Bed&Beds.

• For all hotels located in Europe, payments are directed through Stripe’s secure and PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway.
• FS Serviços Lisbon is the authorized representative of Purple Technologies in Spain and Portugal.
• All booking payments through our technology solutions are handled transparently, with transaction receipts automatically sent by Stripe.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by the individual hotel’s policy and routed through the same Stripe channel.

Your payment information is encrypted, secured, and handled directly by Stripe. We do not store your credit card data.
