By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Platform Usage

FS Serviços Lisbon operates booking and hotel distribution platforms (BookNow Engine, Bed&Beds) for European hotels. Users must be 18 years or older to make a reservation or contract a SaaS service.

2. Scope of Responsibility

We act as a technical facilitator or distributor. We are not responsible for service delivery by the hotels listed unless otherwise stated. Hotel information is provided by the hotels themselves and verified periodically.

3. Payments

All payments for bookings are handled securely via Stripe. FS Serviços Lisbon does not charge customers outside the selling price as shown on BookNow Page.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by individual hotel policies. FS Serviços Lisbon will facilitate communication but cannot override hotel policies.

5. Disputes

Any disputes arising shall be governed by the laws of Portugal. Users agree to resolve conflicts through FS Services’ customer support before seeking legal channels.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and materials on this website belong to FS Serviços Lisbon or its partners.

7. Modifications

FS Serviços Lisbon reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.
